I created a brochure and property sign (amongst other collateral) to market office suites available in this Midtown Sacramento building. As part of the marketing campaign for the offices, we re-branded the building as "Mid-Mod Suites" and I created the logo for it. I wanted to really lean into the retro kitsch of the place because of the resurgence of popularity of Mid-Century Modern buildings in Midtown.
